From time to time, employees or employers may want to transfer banked time from one bank to another. This is accomplished through a Time Bank Transfer. For example, an employee may be want to transfer some of his/her banked sick time to a vacation bank because their sick bank time is close to reaching the maximum numbers of hours allowed.
Follow the procedure below to complete a Time Bank Transfer.

Select the Date range to include.
Highlight the employee by clicking the employee name, then click the OK button (or Double Click the employee name to select it).
The following window will appear:
Select the Source Bank from the drop-down list box. It contains all the 'accrual' time banks available to the selected employee. Each record shows how much time is left in the time bank. In the case above, there are 50:00hrs currently on the Sick Bank.
Select the Destination Bank from the drop-down list box. Again, it contains all the 'accrual' time banks available to the selected employee.
Enter the amount of time to transfer to the destination bank (in hh:mm format).
NOTE: ETP will not allow the transfer of a negative value, in other words, do not try to transfer 58:00hrs if there are only 50:00hrs in the Source Bank.
